No power

I have an 03 corvette that I just put in an OPTIMA battery. I had all power and everything was fine. I tried to start the car..it turned over for a sec and the everything went down. No power to anything at all. Check battery power again and its fine. Fuses on top check fine but didn't think that would be since EVERYTHING is down. Help Please

Two common denominators here:

1) You
2) The new battery

What is the rest of the story? Why did you change the battery in the first place?

Sounds like your battery cable ends aren't making contact with the battery terminals.
