Axle Back Exhaust Flange??

Default Axle Back Exhaust Flange??
Going to install a new axle back (GHL) tonight and am wondering if there is a gasket at the flange where the axle back connects to the x-pipe? Just dont want to be stuck when im in the middle of the install and not have a gasket if one is needed.

Thanks Last C5. Few people have told me know and I knew there had to be? Just did some searching and got the GM P/N. Local dealer had 2 available. If anyone needs it the P/N is 10276792.

I am surprised the exhaust system did not come with new gaskets?

They are quite re-usable.

That is odd. They usually throw in a couple of gaskets that are better than the GM part. But, as mentioned above they are reusable usually.

The GM part has a metal ring in it.
I would think this is a rather uncommon flange, but maybe someone makes a dead soft copper type gasket?

I reused mine, little brittle on the outer edges so just put a bead of copper gasket

ROL gasket EG24685. It can be found at Autozone and Oreilly Auto Parts..

Well, if you guys would quit buying cheap exhaust systems you would get the free gaskets. Just kidding. If you buy a complete system you usually get the gaskets and if you buy just the axle back it's a toss up.
