Running without the rears wouldn't create an issue for you with any decent tune; many with LT headers delete them. The fronts are different. I'm not an expert on tuning but I personally wouldn't do it if you're using your MAF. I guess it's possible to do it but you wouldn't have the benefit of fuel trim corrections.
If you're going with a Speed Density tune then I don't know of a reason why you couldn't delete the fronts as well.
There are some tuning experts on this forum. I'm sure one of them will chime in soon. Why do you want to delete all of your 02 sensors?
