Default Soft Clutch Issue

Just installed a Mcleod RSI twin disk and changed the slave cylinder while in there. Everything seems to work fine, but the pedal is really soft at returning to top. Depressing it seems soft like stock, but it doesnt seem to return back normally. I am wondering if this is normal for this clutch?

It has been a while since I have had a stock clutch in the car, before this I had a Textralia which worked great, but while doing a new motor I decided I might as well change the clutch, so I went with the RSI with new RSI Billet flywheel.

It is hard to explain without someone actually feeling it. It is almost like if you raised your foot off the pedal as fast as you could, you might get some slack between your foot and the pedal for just milliseconds.

Even my completely stock 1995 accord clutch pedal returns with a force. This one seems lazy.

However, I do feel pressure while pressing down starting from the very top of the travel.

So...overall, just wondering if this is normal? It does not feel normal.
