Default Poor idle, MAF code comes up

She is mildly tuned FRC 1999 w/453 RWHP
Cartek did a great job!!!
However...
Battery died under winter period. Now new Optima installed.

0101c code popping up every time I do cold start.
Hot / warm start gives no codes. Engine is running pig rich on every drive conditions. WOT is fine but still popping in exhaust.
Cold idle is 400-600rpm, very low compared to warm idle 900rpm.

After cold start MAF code 0101C poppes up. Occasionally uder normal drive too.
Measured MAF voltage. Result is 4,46V 0V and 12.56V, 5 pin connector to MAF.
MAF cleaned 3 timews already, groundings from driver side checked. Put duct tape on Vara ram connnections, O2 sensors seem to be ok. Plugs are ok. Checked intake bolts, they were ok.

I'm running out of ideas.

What have I missed

Need help
