check engine light
I have a '97 c5 corvette with roughly around 120k miles. When I step on the gas pedal from a dead stop my check engine light comes on with no codes showing at all. It only comes on when I step on the gas pedal hard. Just cruising around and stuff it never comes on. When I park the car for a while the check engine light eventually goes away. The only mods I have is straight pipes by the way. Any help is appreciated thanks!!!

No there is no "flashing" check engine light. When the check engine light is lit there are no codes being displayed. I can't pull any codes because none of my dic buttons are working. Hasn't worked in years.

Guess you could whip by Autozone or similar parts store and have them use their OBDII scanner to get codes if you can't do it from the DIC.
