Not sure this will help, as there is just not much to this task....although it's tight quarters. Obviously, the main drive belt needs to be removed. Use a long handled socket wrench, with the appropiate socket to fit the tensioner pully bolt(bolt in the center of the pulley). Rotate the wrench clockwise to relieve tension on the belt, or in this case, relieve tension to install the belt.
I just had my buddy Chris asking me about this today
You know how it works, you have a very valid question.
grab a 15mm deep socket on the ratchet, loop the belt around........NOT on the lower pulley but rest is on the socket, have the upper belt straight across
release tension on lower pulley, align top pulley, then push belt onto lower pulley
Make sense? it's a 30 second job this way
Have an A4 car with the cooler lines dead nuts in front of the pullies?? may find it easier to do from bottom of car
I do this from the bottom even though I scrape the back of my hand a little on the power steering cooler fins LOL. Find this much easier than trying to do from the top.
THanks.. Im just going to have to get someone to help. Every time you get the bottom on and then try and get the top on it flips off... and ya you cant reach anything.. need a guy on top and below.

Read my post again, see how the lower belt will NOT be on the pulley, but lower resting on socket? That's it.
It's the details that squash the pita jobs to a non-issue task
