I saw those also. Price is right. BTW, That $164 is Buy It Now.

I set out to have mine rebuilt with new batteries but 2 were defective for some reason. So then I bought 3 from someone that were alegedly rebuilt but the batteries were not replaced. Wasn't intentional, he just didn't know. So back they went. I got disgusted and sold off the two good ones I had rebuilt so now I have none.

I have been hitting the reset button for now and figured I'd live with it. But these seem to be an affordable alternative. There are some good feedback messages on them but I too would be interested to hear of anyone on the forum using them.

I put those in the rear wheels last month, they work great and came with a good set of instructions. They learn to the car by pressure drop not magnets. When the car horn signals to learn that TPMS you let out about 10 psi of air and when the horn signals again that wheel is done. When the learn procedure is finished the tires are inflated to the correct pressure. For some aftermaket wheels that strap the TPMS in, the valve assembly isn't used and can be left off, note that it screws onto the TPMS for stock type wheels. As seen in the photo, 315 Mhz is the correct frequency for the older C5 system.
