I'm getting o2 codes from both sides. The stock replacement o2 sensor harness is too short for long tube headers. I swapped connectors from the down streams to get the wires long enough on my current o2's.
Is there a part number I can order that has the correct length harness and end connector without modification? Getting solder to stick to aluminum wire is not easy.

Look at Racetronix website. They make lots of different plug and play adapter or extension wiring harnesses, etc. Their quality is first-rate and prices reasonable.
Mine has the rear O2 sensors used in LG lontubes. There is an adapter that accepts the stock front harness and the rear O2 sensor connector. With this, the rear O2 sensors have about 5 or 6 inches extra that needs to be bundled and wire tied.
I found cars that use the upstream connector for the downstream sensor. Some of these probably have a longer wire that might work for the upstream sensor with long tubes.
Using the rears on the front is a common thing for LT headers---They heat up better and are more sensitive--The 02 bung locations are now further back as much as 3' this is what causes the narrowband stock 02'snot to function properly--There is NO real 100% fix--Thats why they are illegal in most staes as they create a rich mixture at P?t
I've had some good results however by tweaking the "02 swithching points" you need to lower them 100-200 points--this helps--however you need full tuning software like HP or EFILIVE to do it--
If I do continue to run rear sensors in the front, what sensors are the most reliable and what are the part numbers?
I am not sure of which one is the most reliable, but I just had a GM one fail. I replaced it with the Bosch 13111. That Bosch with the LG/Racetronix adapter worked fine with my LG longtubes.
I also found a what I think is a good price on the Bosch sensor. $29.99 (plus 2.99 shipping) at Amazon (shipped through AD Autoparts).

I purchased a set of 13111 and Racetronix adapters.
I installed the new o2's today with the adapters. Lots extra wire. I should have probably purchased a shorter version.
What I did with that extra wire was have a hole in the tunnel plate close to each sensor.
With each sensor & wire off the bungs, slide a heat sleeve over each set of wires/sensors & keep the excess wire in its sleeves, above the tunnel plate & drop the sensors through each hole.
