Default P0336 weird problem..

Hey guys quick question for yah. I recently installed a set of prc 227cc heads, and an ms4 cam. Had a problem with some low dyno numbers, but didnt think much of it only to realize my push rods were to short causing the duration and lift to be no where near what they should have been. Car idled like stock, and was dyno tuned and ran great with no Check engine lights what so ever.

NOW after i installed the longer push rods ive got the lumpy idle like i should and everything, i fired it up and it was idling pretty rough and then noticed that a CEL was flashing, so i immediately shut the car off and check it and see its P0336 which is a crank position sensor. I was a little concerned but did some research and it wasnt going to kill it. so i took it for a drive around the block and found that when the rpm comes up off idle (650rpm is probably alot to low for that cam) up to around 1000 rpm, or even starts to drive anywhere the CEL stops flashing and it drives normal. I realize i obviously need a tune, in which its scheduled for this saturday, i just want a little input from you guys being i have to drive 8 hours to get a tune... it seems to run just fine cruising around, until i come to a stop in which it wants to stall and will stall, which is probably due to the 650rpm idle, It smells super rich at idle as well which probably isnt helping things.

any input is greatly appreciated.
