If you were in Florida you'd be in luck. SEM makes a product called Color Coat, which is a dye. There is a place in Bradenton called Final Finish, who can match your interior with Color Coat, or even change the color if you want. About $18.00 a can.
I did a steering wheel once, and it came out great.
In your case....find a paint store that handles the Color Coat, and go from there

I bought an Acura TL about 18 months ago. The tan interior looked perfect. Seems the dealer had used some sort of dye or paint the freshen up the seats. First thing I noticed was the seats accumulated a huge amount of blue dye from the denim jeans I wear. Never had this in the C5 with oak interior. I was always scrubbing it with leather cleaner and found the tan color was coming off as well. After having the car for 6 months or so, the paint had finally been worn/scrubbed off. The seats do have the expected wear that a car of this age and miles would have and no more issues with the blue from the jeans. Not sure if my experience is typical for the product you are considering, but thought I would share my experience.
