C5 steering
Do you have the same tire compound on front and back?
Are the tires in front and back the same age?
How fast are you going when the front slips out?
but then again I guess it could be something broken....sorry, wish I could help more, I've learned to look at the simplest or most obvious things first on these cars, in my experience its usually the most obvious thing that seems too simple thats the problem
best of luck, some of the more experienced suspension guys will chime in soon I'm sure.
the fact that it happens in aggressive cornering and lets up when you slow down is what I keyed in on
what tires and tire pressure are you running?
Look at simple things like maybe excess greasy tire dressing on the front left tire getting up into the tread area...I'd look at stuff like that first.
and are the tire pressures and wear equal on both the right and left front tires?
Have you done a visual inspecton of the tie rods, ball joints, suspension bushings etc?...with the car jacked up is there excessive play in the wheel from side to side if you push and pull on the top of the tire, or excess play rotationally?
be carefull taking it to a tire or suspension place without inspecting it yourself....they love to replace stuff unecissarily.
How many miles on the car?
