help transmission build gone wrong.
hi i could use some help to fix this problems that i have created.
I removed the transmission to rebuild because i broke a synchro from 3 and 4 gear removed and replaced the shift forks to steel and new synchro with billet keys and bronze pads i also replaced the 3rd and 4th gear due to damage. then on the back side i replaced the reverse gear and synchro i did shim up the trans when i assembled using this thread as a guide. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...uild-saga.html
well long story short when i installed the reverse section i put something in wrong here are the pics of how i disassembled what i found. i only drove the car 6 miles after build then it would not engage in reverse the 3rd time i tried. I need to make a pats list together and figure out what i did wrong so i can fix it thanks for your help. I would like to post pictures that i have but for some reason the forum will not let me.
