Are there any known methods to shorten clutch throw like changing a rocker ratio for example? My short shifter will not allow me to fully engage a gear change until my foot hits the floor. In all other manual trans cars I've owned usually by 70%-80% throw you can fully engage the transmission?

More than likely your clutch p/plate & disc are about shot.
Many p/plates have auto adjustments built into them.
Possibly an adjustable clutch master cylinder, may help, bringing the pedal up some.
too much clutch is a bad thing....it makes the car harder to drive, adds lots of chattering noise when you shift, and provides no performance benefit at all at stock power levels
stay away from those higher hp and torque rated 6 puck clutches unless you plan on modding your power up to 500 + hp and torque, the loss in driving comfort and the noisyness are worth it to make sure your clutch keeps ahold of all that extra power, bit below those power levels those clutches add no performance benefit at all but come with lots a negatives to daily driving
go with a less agressive clutch but get a lightweight flywheel, this will be funner to drive at stock power levels than a herky jerky noisy 6 puck clutch
