Default Ball joint question

Are all 4 uppers and all 4 lowers the same? For example, can I buy 4 MOOG lowers and 4 Raybestos uppers? Or are the front and rear different?

Thanks!

OK, so I found that the lowers are all the same. MOOG is apparently now making the uppers, but I only found reference to the front uppers, not the rear.

The front and rears are different sizes. I ordered some online and got stuck buying a set from GM when it wouldn't align correctly. Cost around $250 for the GM part. Make sure you are getting the correct size. If I remember correctly the fronts are slightly longer than the rear.

I think you may be refering to the tie rod ends, in which case the rears are longer.

you are correct. I just remember being upset that the parts from ecklers were wrong and having to spend the extra money due to time issues.
