intermittent radio problem
I have an '02 vert with the premium factory radio system. The radio will work intermittently with no rhyme or reason. The display goes totally dark so it appears as if the power is lost. Every features works fine when the radio is functioning. I've played with the fuses, etc. Is this most likely an issue with the connector, or is it possibly a poor ground? does anyone have experience similar to this and know the solution? Thanks...

It could be a loose connector plug on the outside of the radio, or an intermittent internal problem cuased by a bad solder connection.
I would start by checking the plug-in connectors on the radio chassis.
