SES, wipers and headlight issues
Helping a friend sort through his new purchase.
History 1998 coupe heads, cam, fast intake, headers, etc. Car was a strong runner, waiting for mod list from previous owner. Purchased at auction with right front outside rail damage. Suspension was damaged. Computer was loose. Car is 90% together. Issues are as follows:
Headlamps inop, no lights or up and down movement both sides. Have installed a known good right headlamp assembly and contol box.
Wipers stuck on high, have a spare know good control arm that was swapped in. No change.
Car starts and runs idle is very high.

All under hood grounds have been removed, cleaned, dieletric greased and reinstalled.
Known good battery showing 12.9V with fluke dvom.
The computer was hanging loose, replaced bracket. There are two wires loose at the computer mounting area. Colors are blue and white, cut with no plug. What do these go to? These are seprate from the main computer plug. The TAC module?, mounted in front of the computer was replaced with new from GM due to damage.
There is a plug not pluged into anything near the horns and fog lamp. What is this for? Black and orange wires.
Need to address these three problems :Wipers, Lamps & SES, any direction would be appreciated.
