I'm out shopping for C5's and a lot of the C5s that are pre-01 are within my price range. After reading up on these forums about all the EBCM that fail, it seems most are associated with cars that have active handling. So my question is about buying a car without active handling. Are those EBCM's (M model I think) failing at the same rate as the V model? Just as important, are they more available?
I'm still in the learning mode and trying to make a good decision here.
Thanks,
