Side mirrors don't adjust.
My 98's side mirrors don't adjust. However, they make noise while I'm trying to adjust them. Any ideas?
Also, I recently purchased this Vette and would like to know when are ideal times to use and not use active handling/traction control? The two C4's I've owned in the past did not have this functionality.

Mirrors sound broken. AH/TC come on by default, most guys take it off to smoke the tires but if you actually do autocross and know how to drive having it off increases the fun factor. Many stories here about guys turning it off and have bad outcomes because they do not know how to drive.

Luckily I can manually adjust them. So, its not really a pressing issue but I would like to fix them eventually.
