C5Z Camshaft Install Results
RPT completed a camshaft/header installation on a 2002 Corvette Z06. The Corvette was a very low mileage car and looked brand new. The mods included:
Texas Speed Torquer V2 Camshaft
Lunati Dual Valvesprings
Comp Cams Pushrods
Comp Cams Trunion Upgrade
LS2 Timing Chain
LG Super Pro Headers
LG Catted X-Pipe
Stock Ti Mufflers
Halltech Killer Bee II AIS
After all was said and done, the car sounds very good and will sneak up on unsuspecting people. The stock dyno was 347 rwhp/347 ft-lbs as it rolled in.
The dyno graph shows the gain with the stock intake system. The higher line shows the addition of the Halltech AIS.
