Whenever I apply and release the brake I hear a clicking sound coming from the right rear. Is that sound something to be concerned about?
Also, while driving I hear a consinstant humming sound when idling because my B&B Exaust drowns it out while on the move. Can someone tell me what this is? It sounds similar to the humming sound that is made when the turn signal is initiated only it's consistent. I especially notice it during the morning commute to work but I cant seem to hear the humm on the way home from work.
You had better look at your brakes. Clicking isn't good.
Where is the humming sound coming from? Does it change if you turn left or right? Does it change at different speeds?
I only notice it when I'm idling because I can't hear it on the move due to my B&B Exaust.
I got my stereo stolen out of the car last week and did not notice the sound before the incident. Could that have something to do with sound? It seems to be coming from the back left rear of the vehicle.
I just noticed that if I press both window controls at the same time the humming sound fluctuates.

I think I found out whats causing the clicking sound when I brake. I took a look at my rear stabilizer bar links and they looked deteriorated. I'm going to replace them and see if it helps any. I also noticed that my front sway bar was completely missing. I'm starting to think that when my stereo got stolen they also took the front sway bar. Bastards...
the plastic sway links won't click unless a nut is loose. They can go loose. The click will be louder when you hit a bump on the loose side, but when you hit a bump on the other side the click will be fainter. That will be apretty good clue it is the links.
Wheel bearing? Usually, though when they go, you notice a low-pitched noise when you load the bad bearing (e.g, the right bearing on a left turn).
How about the pad retainer leaf springs being cracked. Take the calipers off and thoroughly clean and all three springs. Also a good time to pull the caliper pins and check for wear. They are coated (looks like a heavy phosphate coating) If they are shiny and show wear, time to consider replacement. Clean the hole in the caliper mount bracket and put fresh caliper grease on the pins.

The humming noise may be your fuel sending unit. They were noisy in 97 and 98.
While you are sitting still, step on the brake or turn on a directional, does the noise change?
Success! I have found the issue! Whenever I press the brake pedal the caliper in the back right moves slightly causing the clicking sound. I removed the caliper and looked at the pins. Both pins had similar wear to them. I will be picking up new pins tommorow and say goodbye to this annoying sound! Thanks again for everyones assistance. I really appreciate it!
So I've solved my back right caliper moving problem but I still get the same sound while braking. Unfortunately, I still need to track down a 32MM Socket in order to remove the axle nut and lubricate the axle splines to see if that takes care of the sound.
Thanks. I have to drive to a parts store to get the socket and then I'm going to a friends house 25-30 miles away to put the Vette on his lift. Is it okay to drive it 30 miles in its current state?

You'll be fine. Just really pay attention to getting the lube into the right places, especially the backside of the hub bearing area where the axle shaft goes through from the rear.
The 32MM turned out to be too small so I got a 34MM for the axle nuts and was able to remove them without a problem. I lubricated the rear axle splines (when I have more time I will do the front) and Torqued the axle nuts to spec. While I had the back wheels off I went ahead and replaced the caliper pins/leaf springs. The squeaking I had is now gone and the clicking sound has gotten fainter but I now notice a rubbing sound coming from the rear end. Unlike the squeaking and clicking sound which happened when I applied the brakes, the rubbing sound is consistent and gets louder when I apply the brakes. Would accelerating the bedding process by performing a half dozen or so rapid slowdowns from highway speed to about 20 miles per hour and then driving the car without braking for 10 minutes or so to let the brakes cool fix my problem?

No axle splines on the front to worry about. That's only necessary for front wheel drive configurations.
So I have lubricated the axle splines, replaced the rear sway bar links, rear outer tie rod ends and every pin/leaf spring on the caliper for the side that "clicks". The clicking is not as loud as it once was but is still present. What else could be causing the sound? Thanks.
I talked to the dealer today about what could be causing the sound. The service tech said it could be a loose backing plate. On my way out I got to talking to a Sales Rep and he said it sounds like the clicking sound is coming from the Hydraulic Cable. What's everyone's thoughts on this? Thanks.
