I fried the front rotors on my 2003 Z06 at Watkins Glen earlier this week, so I need new ones. I was looking at the NAPA 86700 & 86701 rotors online. Are these for both the standard C5 and Z06, or does the Z06 take different rotors?

All C5s use the same rotor. Only difference in the Z06 brake components are pad compound and red paint on the calipers.
Another option I did for my '01 coupe are the Dana rotors - they were drilled and slotted though and like Tony said, you just want slotted. (although my '07 Z came stock with just drilled) Bob at the parts dept. at Fichtner in Montana gave me a great deal, so you might call or email him too.(800) 234-5284 parts@fichtnerchevrolet.com
Great time at WGI with Trackmasters - going to check out my pads this weekend.
Great meeting you.
That sure was a great time at WGI with Trackmasters. I'd encourage anyone who has even thought about doing a HDPE event to try it. I learned more in two days than I thought was possible. Where else could I learn some of the capabilities of the Z06 without getting arrested? Great meeting you too.
