Is there a how-to for engine removal?
Friend of mine familiar with F body engine removal says the engine harness comes off completely when you disconnect from the fuse box. Is this the same possible for the C5? I'm working on tagging every thing as I go about disconnecting, but if I can do that after it's out, I will.
Working on jack stands so, pulling the hood off and the accessories. Trans was already out, headers out, steering shaft disconnected. Is the ECM the only place that the engine harness goes to? Mine is a 2001 Z06 by the way. Canadian model if it makes a difference.

Bump. Is there any one here who's removed their engine that can help me out with some tips? Can I pull out the engine with the harness still on it? I have the factory manuals and they don't really seem to have a section for it.
