Fuel pressure issues
1997 C5. Replaced left fuel pump as it was whining and pressure was bleeding down quickly. Then replaced regulator as car became hard to start. Pressure comes up to 60 psi if you cycle key twice before starting. Being told to replace right pump to resolve problem. on top of this, voltmeter is randomly showing 12-12.5 volts and when I check battery it show's 13.5. Help
