How do you recable window regulator spool?
So some how i managed to pop the cables off of the window regulator spool and can not figure out how to properly run the two cables around the spool.
Please help me find the answer. I recall reading where one of you had to deal with this headache and finally figured it out.

If i turn the spool by hand in counter clockwise the cables have slack and come off the spool.
If you recognized that they were cabled incorrectly might you be able to instruct how to properly do it?

I'm not entirely clear what you're asking. I know the motor reverses directions between up and down, and I know the spool reverses with the motor. In one direction, the spool is pulling on the cable on one end; in the other direction, the spool is pulling the other end of the cable (and "pushing" out the other end). Hope this helps.
