Trans cooler line leaking

Trans cooler line leaking
Kind of hard to see but I have a trans fluid leak and its coming from the epoxy repair on the hard line right by the a/c pully bolt. Replacing the whole line looks a bit difficult, would it be feasible to cut the repaired area out and slip a rubber line on and double clamp? I took this with my phone upside down. I am guessing the PO had the line rubbing the a/c pully bolt, it began to leak and decided to use plumbing epoxy.
