Has anyone had a code

disappear without erasing it in a few mile drive--is it possible? Has to be because it happened--It was there and after 2-3 cycle drive--its gone--

I actually cleared it. But it doesn't come back for a few weeks. It only pops up when I keep a steady speed between 60-70.
