I am looking for part number #593 in the below picture. I am throwing the P0442 code and know it's this part because it was cracked when I replaced my oil sensor the other day so I just replaced it with a piece of a new hose I had laying around. I just can't seem to find that exact part online and the local auto parts stores aren't very helpful!
Yeah, that's what I thought.... I'm not sure what else it could be. My gas cap is pretty new so maybe it just wasn't on tight enough one time, but I have been driving it for a couple weeks and it hasn't gone away. I guess I will try to reset it and see if it comes back up....
I see these assemblies on the big auction house once in awhile, but when you buy a used item, especially one with rubber components, you also buy someone else's used part that has already degraded to one degree or another.
