brake light quit working

brake light quit working
just recently the drivers side brake light quit working and I noticed that the turn signals sometimes quit and then restart? from some of these threads I see the hazard switch can be a problem so I tried that and that takes care of the turn signals but still no brake light, I have changed the bulbs even though they were not burned out. any help would be appreciated.

It could also be the multi-function switch. There is some info and a link just a few posts up. It was my M/F switch. Good luck.

No.
I'd definitely start with the hazard switch since there are lots of posts on the forum about it failing.
Many use a Hyper flash elimination device to eliminate the problem without replacing the flasher. Try JW Motoring or RadioFlyer for one. Both are Forum Vendors.
