Passenger window falls down

Passenger window falls down
I'm not familiar with the window, but it seems to drop down. I noticed this first when I had water all over my passenger seat.
When I pull the window up, it falls down, and the up and down buttons don't work.
I pull the door panel off, and took a look inside, and it looked like a cable with a blue end on is not connected.
I'm not too familiar with everything, can anyone explain what is broken based off this evidence?

I had the recent fun of rewinding the cable on the spool. It was a choir getting the tension correct and the cables back on.
