Thank you for all the replies and suggestions guys...I'm going to keep tinkering with it!
I think I'm going to be putting another clutch/Tick MS in it at Xmas time regardless...will go from there. The clutch pedal doesn't feel right at higher RPMs, there's pressure but it feels much lighter.
