Comp 918 springs
Just got a set delivered today and wanted to share some surprise specs.
When planning the build I chose these for their .600" lift capability as the cam I will use has .588" on the exhaust side. But upon reading the paperwork, comp says that these are redesigned 918's and good for .625" lift and 125lbs seat pressure at 1.800" installed height. Plus the paper work talked about extended valve life due to a micro-peening process they went through. So I am hoping they can last longer than the 20k miles people say to change them at.
