My wife has a 2003 Anniversary and since we got it in 2006 it has always ridden very low. In our area we have very deep gutters in the roads and the car is always scraping. We installed skid rollers and at least that is protecting the underside of the car. However, I was talking with our mechanic and he thought there might be an adjustment to the shocks or springs that would raise the car by an inch or two. I have a 2004 Commerative and it rides about 2 inches higher than hers does.
Does anyone know if an adjustment can be made and if so how ???
^^^this.......but in reverse.
For the front, put a jack with a block of wood under the end of the leaf spring as close to the lower control arm as you can get and jack the spring up a little to relieve tension so you can turn the bolt.
After you're done, drive it around for a few days and then get an alignment.

If you change the ride height, make sure you drive it a little to allow the suspension to settle. Make sure your at the ride height you want.
Then make SURE that you get a full 4 wheel alignment. If you don't your going to be running too much POSITIVE camber and it will really wear on the outside of your tires.
Realign it back to OEM specs for normal everyday driving.
Just like these folks mentioned, if the car is sitting that low currently you can probably get quite a bit more height out of it just by making adjustments to the factory leaf springs. It should be pretty simple, and actually make the car ride a little nicer than it did at it's really low ride height.
Here is a copy of our recommended alignment specs. The performance street spec should be perfect for a daily driver! Click the image for a full printable version.

These specs here are for all C5 models?
How about the C6... would it be applicable for them also?
