Well I finally broke down and got it. The Thunder Racing 224 camshaft, 224/224 .561/.561 112 LSA . I was going to get their new reverse split version but Paul told me that for my daily driving abilities and not running headers to turn downs that the reverse split wouldn't benefit me as much as the TR224 (the reverse splits need a VERY free flowing exhaust).
This cam with stock heads and all the bolt ons (which I have and/or have to install with the new cam ;)) has put down RWHP's on the brink of 400 RWHP ;). I'll be one of the few C5's hauling this puppy around for the time being. I'll also be having Thunder Racing tuning it for me when I make the trip to Baton Rouge sometime this summer. Whenever I can get a few days off :(. In the meantime I'll try to tune it as best I can with LS1Edit on our WBO2 on a SuperFlow Dyno  . At least it has a WBO2.
Great choice guys - you will be very happy with that cam - by the way, Thunder racing faxed me a copy of a dyno for 220/220 and 224/224 - on the same type of car with exactly the same mods (headers, stock heads, etc).......the curves looked exactly the same, except that the 220/220 had 5 more rwhp down low...that's what made my decision easier (along with the better emissions for CALI).......
I know I could hit pretty low 12's as is with a new clutch and some DR's ;). I can't wait to get this bad boy in! Imagine this cam, all the bolt ons possible and an M12 tranny   = a SOLID 11 sec stock headed car ;)
