Default Water/Coolant leak

My 99 C5 with 60k went to reduced power mode/low coolant on my wife yesterday and she limped home (about 2 miles). Upon inspection found most of the coolant on the outside of the engine and a leak under the water pump. After it cooed down I filled the coolant tank and water is leaking from an area around upper water pump pulley.
Do I need a new water pump? Or????

Thanks,
I have purchased a pump and belts and will change out tomorrow.

How do I get rid of "Reduced Power" mode, dash also shows service "Active Suspension".

never had it but I would say hit RESET or disconnect battery while you swap the WP and reconnect...probably clear it out...

sure someone who knows better than me will have some input

Hold the Reset button for a few seconds, and it will clear.

if you remove the negative side of the battery cable, that will clear the computer. you'll have to re-set the radio and memory pre-sets
