reduced power mode
How long will it run in this mode before damage occurs ? While I have not had this happen I saw something in the manual about it running w/o coolant. :eek: I'm kinda curious. I wouldn't drive it like that unless a passenger was dying. :rolleyes:

The service manual says that you can drive up to 50 miles in
Reduced Power Mode. Under most conditions that warrant
RPM, there is no threat of engine damage, it's only loss of
engine coolant that could cause problems. The other
conditions are all related to electrical failures where the
PCM can't determine data critical to proper running of the
engine.
