Spare (extra) CLB ????
I installed the CLB last year, works great. My question - since I plan on keeping my vette for many years, do I need to get a spare CLB just in case the original one ever "breaks"?
I don't ever want to ever have to deal with a locked column, and it is obvious (from the many posts on the forum) that the GM "fix" for this problem often does not work.

I doubt it would break. The manufacturer used to advertise their life expectancy to be something ridiculous, like 60yrs or something. I suppose you could buy a spare, but you may not even be able to find one. They're kinda rare these days.
