Default help dtc c1247 c

Have not had the car for long. 2003 Z06 84,000 miles
I have been getting all the maintenance done, everything has been going well car is running great. Go to bleed the brakes today, followed some forum post on how to do it. Now I'm getting dtc c1247 c. On dash it is saying low brake fluid, service traction/stability control.
Things I have done...
used Valvoline syn. dot 3-4 fluid, reservoir is full
rechecked for any leaks, none
tried resetting on dash, no luck just comes back.
unhooked battery for 15 min, dtc came right back
replaced brake fluid level sensor on bottom of reservoir
When I unplug the sensor from bottom of the plastic brake reservoir and start the car all light and codes are gone, as soon as I plug the sensor back in all the lights and warnings come back.
Could air in the lines cause this?
Is there some sort of float in the plastic brake fluid reservoir? should I take the plastic reservoir off and clean the inside?

Brake pressure differential switch activated.

While bleeding; a drop in system brake pressure was detected.

If you're sure that you don't have any leaks in the brake system; start engine, then give the brake pedal a firm, solid brake application to recentre the valve.

Then clear the code and see if it re-codes.

Ya I have been messing with it all day. Car drives fine, no leaks. I drove it to about 55mph and hit the brakes pretty hard, I could feel the abs working turned the car off, code still there. Did that three times. Cleared the code and comes back instantly.
I think the float is stuck at the bottom of the reservoir, telling the car low brake fluid.

The code is for the differential switch being activated.

How are you clearing the code?

Trying to clear the code from the dash reset button.
When I unplug the sensor from the brake fluid reservoir and start the car code is gone on the dash dtc, everything works fine. As soon as I plug the sensor back in the warnings start to go saying low brake fluid and so on....

When you bled the brakes the system sensed lower pressure on one side of the brake pressure differential valve/switch and activated the light. If the valve is still stuck in the off-centre position then the switch is still being made and throwing the code.

The way to re-centre the valve is a hard, solid brake application so the brake pressure on the front and rear brake systems will reposition the valve. Do this with the car turned off followed by the same brake application with the engine running and car not moving. (Park, neutral)

I'm not sure how you are clearing the code. Follow this link and go to post no. 7; the video demonstrates accessing and clearing codes.

If the code comes back again after clearing then the issue is not resolved.

You need to re-centre the valve.

Once the valve is re-centred the light will be extinguished with either a clear DTC function or 50 ignition cycles without the brake pressure switch being activated.

Sorry, added link to post # 6 above.

WOOT..WOOT I think I got it fixed. I was probably not explaining it right but sitting in front of the car I was determined it was coming from the reservoir or the sensor. I will try to make sense explaining this lol...With clean brake fluid you can see into the reservoir with the cap off there is a slot inside the reservoir. I took a heavy duty paper clip and bent it into a L shape ans slid it into that slot. I kinda levered the paper clip back and heard some thing kinda hit the top of the reservoir. Put the cap back on, sensor is plugged in, stared the car no code. Float was stuck I hope I didn't mess anything up. I am going for a drive to see if everything is ok.
thanks for your help.
