Getting ready to dig into the dash and do some modifications, and noticed the faceplate on my AC controller is delaminating from age. This is the single zone unit in a '99 FRC. Doing a parts search, the only controller shown is p/n 16254311, which appears to be the dual zone unit, and that I understand will not work in the car. Is the single zone controller NLA? TIA.
Found some numbers for the single zone unit-9366311-NLA, 10447750-NLA. Did find an AC Delco number 15-72690 that APPEARS to be available. Is this it? Any help appreciated.

I had to get an upgraded bracket that had an old and new number. Also a GM dealer will have old and new numbers.
Take apart you HVAC control head a solder the six "241" boards and the back light will
come back to life. I've done this on multiple Vette's. Works everytime... I'm a GM tech by the way. PM me if you have any questions.

That'd work if he had that type of controller and that was the issue he was having....
Talked to the dealer today and the correct numbers are GM 10447750 and AC Delco 15-72690, with a list of slightly north of $500. They are indeed NLA. Been Googling around and some parts houses that specialize in Delco have them for the low to middle $200s. Plan on ordering one. Another part abandoned by GM. And again this is the MANUAL controller found in FRCs and some Z06s (I think), not the dual zone.
