not to hard I did mine, couple hours to remove it about a hundred staples, front and rear all the weather stripping at the windows the tension cable a few rivets. take lots of pics!! should look like this when your top is off. 
, it did take me about about 8 hours to put it back on taking my time, I searched alot called installers with the top and install was around $1200.00. Bought mine online (Robbins Top 459.00) and banked 750

....you must be on crack...I couldn't do that for all the tea in China
