2000 vette wont start
My 2000 vette sometimes wont start.Whe the motor is hot.You can start the car and put it in gear but as soon as you start rolling it dies . Then you have to start it at lest 6 -7 times before it will run. I have taken it to the dealer but no codes.They said,they checked the steering column lock and it is fine. Has anybody had this problem?

corvette wont start
My car is an auto.The dealer said there on codes every time I bring it to the shop.My ignition key is very loose. This may be the problem. Someone else told me that it might be ignition switch.

I had an issue somewhat similiar to yours with our 2000. I removed the relay for the fuel pump and re-installed it and the problem went away and has not returned. Although the terminal spades on the relay did not look dirty or corroded which did not make a whole lot of since. Anyway I went ahead and pulled all relays and fuses in the relay box under the hood and cleaned the spades on the fuses and the relays and re-installed. Something simple and easy to do.
