Default Changing Valve Springs LS1

Is there a good write up on changing the valve springs?
I have a 02 coupe LS1.
I figured I would put the Z06 yellow springs in and change the seals also.
Anything to watch out for? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Buy yourself a service manual, it's probably the most valuable tool you could possibly own if you're going to work on your car yourself.

According to the GM / Helms service manual. Rotate engine to #1 cylinder to TDC compression stroke. Tighten exhaust rockers 1, 2, 7, 8, to 22 lb ft, tighten intake rockers 1, 3, 4, 5, to 22lb ft. Rotate engine 360 degrees and tighten exhaust rockers 3, 4, 5, 6, to 22lb ft and intake rockers 2, 6, 7, 8, to 22lb ft. This was on page 6-414 of a 2002 manual.
