Default Is this my part?

So I was cleaning up the engine bay today after a drive and my hand knocked the brake master cyclinder cap clean off. I went to put it back on and it wouldn't tighten. I started investigating and it look like, somehow, the rubber insert , diaphram, or whatever its called, is just plain missing. Not sure how or when that came to be but its just the cap. Anyway, before I order does this look like the part that goes in there?

....so any chance someone could remove their brake cap real quick and see if the membrane looks like the one in my first post? Not sure how long its been MIA but I want to get the right replacement.

Its just a rubber diaphram that fits to the bottom of the cap. If not broken, why not just try to fit it back under the cap.

As soon as you get it, bleed/flush your brakes. Serious.

who worked on it last? That's not something that can disappear and then magically the cap finds its way back. I would be pretty concerned.
