For anyone running a 102, what air intake are you using on your c5 ?

Nick Williams 102 here. I was actually able to run a silicone coupler inside of another silicone coupler at the air bridge. A section of a smaller diameter hose on the bridge side let me step up from the Vararam air bridge to the throttle body diameter. The Halltech Killer Bee II conversion may be in the future though since it has the 102mm opening. I just wish it wasn't $600!

I'm going with the Halltech Killer Bee II conversion for C5s that KEEP UPP mentioned. It comes with the LS7 blade style MAF and the plug-n-play wire harness convertor. Jim also gives you the updated tables to get your tune in the ballpark to get the engine up and running. Of course a custom tune is required from there.

I'm waiting on my TPIS 102mm TB at the moment.

Ya, I was thinking about the halltech, but $600 is a smack in the face for an intake. I was wondering if a c6z06 callaway honker had a 102 mm opening ?

Maybe, not sure. You'd prolly have to do some work adapting it to fit maybe and then you'd have to go buy the MAF sensor and get (or make) an adapter harness for the connector, so....

They are running a batch through production as we speak. I'll be getting mine in another week or so, maybe less.

I run a Nick Wiliams 107mm TB and did a custom 4 inch setup to a big Haltech air cleaner.

What did you run for a maf? Or are you running an sd tune?
I need the least restriction possible in front of my magnuson blower,
As I'm moving up to a 402 with big heads.
Do you have a cutdown rad ,as you are running a 4" pipe and no air bridge?

I was pulling 7-8 Kpa with a BPP airbridge and a big filter. I changed the cradle and laid a full size DeWitts rad down so I could run the 4 inch tube. I run a 100mm PowrMaf in front of the TB. With this setup, I pull about 1 Kpa at full throttle.
