removing the front fascia from the C5....need a little cosmetic work done...what tools needed???...where are the bear traps in this removal??..
anything to worry about???
thanks,
I removed mine last year and no real pitfalls. The plastic pins on the top edge along the hood line were a little troubling as I had no special tool to pull them up and I didn't want to scratch the paint. Once I had those out it was just a matter of going around the edges taking out screws. The hardest nuts to reach are the 2 that attach at the front leading edge of the front fenders. You will have removed the two plastic close out panels and brake ducts and then you can get at them fairly easily.
