Alarm wont turn off!!
This is the first time this has happened....
Unlocked the car with the fob
Closed the door and locked it with the fob
Horn start blaring. Ive never had the alarm go off before but the horn is constant and not beeping like I wouldve expected it to (normal?)
Fob wont make it stop
Cycling the key in the door lock and the ignition does nothing.
I disconnect the battery, but the horn starts up immediately upon reconnect.
Any advice? What is going on with this?
Hard to troubleshoot with the Horn just blasting in my apartment building!
Oh and the battery charge seems solid.... FOB is only a few months old.

I have seen that thread, but im thinking it has something to do with the alarm, I cant start the car and the interior lights are flashing.
I will pull the fuse and start the trouble shooting.
When I went to manually lock the car doors when I was leaving... the passenger lock seemed a little sticky.
Could an incompletely disengaged/engaged door lock cause the alarm to go off?

OK.. reconnected the battery and everything is fine.
Bcm codes 0502 0507 2482 2527.
I dont know.. drl are the driving lights.. I don't have em on.. and I pulled the horn fuse.
Maybe it was some weird transient problem? Anything else it could be?

Well must be the membrane switch... took the car out and it started going off just when I started driving it.... No new codes.
I guess the last time.... frantically pushing the buttons may have got the alarm going too...
