Default Video help diagnose some issues

So I just bought this vette, and has some small issues I need to correct, let me know if you can help me diagnose some of them:

--I believe the tensioner pulley makes a sound when in drive as you can kinda hear on the video
--Headlights make a sound when going up and down
--I have no horn but it works when I lock the car??
--Sometimes their seems to be a vacumm sound in the car when the A/C is off, if you turn on the A/C it stops???
--Had a loud fuel pump, but this morning couldn't really hear it anymore maybe the long 5 hour trip and it got hot??

if it's the pulley making that grinding sound, then the bearings are shot and it's needing replaced.

your headlight gear is making a lot of damn noise. i was about to say "they're just a little noisy" but that's excessive. not sure if you can lube the gears with anything, but they are known to fail, so check into it.

horn, no idea.

vacuum sound could be a leak, those are easy to check for.

ive taken longer than 5 hour trips in my car, driving it hard, and the pump never made any more/less noise. just keep an eye (or ear) on it, and replace it if it keeps it up. failed fuel pumps never seem to happen when you're near your house

no clue. i know the accessories look a tad different under their hood, but not sure if they really are. either way, the pulleys are all mega cheap.

$12-96 on rock auto for the idler pulley.
~$60 for the tensioner pulley
