C5 Engine Tests
I may have to sell my 2000 C5 coupe. It has a "Mongoose" package on it (installed in 2000) which brought the HP up to 388 hp based on 2000 dyno results. It has "used" oil it's whole life, about a qt every 600-700 miles.
It has spent many miles doing HPDE over the years.
I recently 3/2/2013 dyno'd it again and the average of 3 runs was 392 hp. Also had compression tests and leak down done.
Mileage is 46,000

I have no idea what the tests would have shown had they been done in 2000.
Interested in opinions as to the perceived health of the engine. I can tell you when you kick it it gets scary fast.
