It just maybe the better gas. Recently I took an 800 mile trip and only used 93 octane and I got 30.1 mpg avg. Not sure what I get city. What is the zipe tie mod??
It totally depends on your driving style.. I took a 400 mile trip south and averaged just under 31 mpg. Daily, I have a 20 mile commute to work, with about 5 stops on average (lights, traffic, etc) and I get 24 mpg. I just spent a weekend at the track for PDX and got 10 mpg
I am averaging about 24mpg. Depending on your area, you may be starting to get the summer blend, which may increase your mpg.
winter blend will kill your mileage
I usually get right at the EPA ratings of 18 mpg in town and 28 highway. However if exercise a bit more restraint, I can get those numbers up to 21-22 city and 30-32 highway. It's all about your driving style.
