"For comparison, a friend of mine has a '99 coupe and he has done the Vortex Ram Air and the Borla XR-1 mufflers and is pushing 331 RWHP @ the same dyno. Add in the LS6 intake for about 15 to 17 rwhp and he's right there where I was with exactly the same mods."
I need to bring my car down to Texas to get it dyno'd...my dyno numbers, and others I have seen on the forum with comparable mods, suck by comparison... :yesnod: :)
Re: Belanger headers installed and no power gain! :( (jlamay)
Add me to the list that thinks your "pre" dyno runs were not right. I've seen many C5's dyno'd, and none even close to that. The strongest was 335 with those mods, and that was 10 more than any other I've seen. In fact, with you current mods, the norm is about 335 (with headers).
As far as SOTP, almost no-one believes they can feel less than 20 rwhp. If you don't believe me, I did a thread on this about six months ago, and the poll clearly backed that up.
